This experience begins in Barcelona, Spain, on October 2, 2023. Members should fly into Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) in Barcelona, Spain, no later than 3 p.m. on October 2, 2023.
This experience concludes in Barcelona, Spain, on October 7, 2023. Members can fly out of Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) in Barcelona, Spain, any time on October 7.

Suggested Arrival and Departure Airport

We are happy to book airport transfers for you for an additional cost. All of the transfer information will be sent to you in the Traveler Information Form about four months prior to departure.

In keeping with our members’ sophisticated—yet laid-back—style, Inspirato’s Gems of Barcelona Experience will be completely resort casual.
Since there is so much to see and do while exploring, you will find that the most important item to pack in your luggage is a pair of comfortable, sturdy shoes. This is particularly important for excursions where the ground is often uneven, such as on the vineyard or on the sailboat, and where walking or climbing may be required. There are no formal evenings planned, but it is encouraged to dress up for our farewell dinner on the final night of the program.

Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date from Spain.
Currency and Spending Information:
The currency in Spain is the Euro.
Additional Reminders:

<li>Be sure that you have contacted your bank in advance about your travel plans.</li>
<li>We recommend recording your credit card information and lost/stolen card hotline should you need to contact your bank at any point during the voyage.</li>
<li>It is recommended to explore your data plan with your smartphone provider ahead of your trip to Spain.</li>

Can Inspirato book my flight?

How many people will be attending?

This experience is best suited to young adults and adults. The minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

What is the cancellation policy for the experience?

What is the cancellation policy for the experience?

Yes. As of April 2022, the Spanish government requires a current COVID-19 vaccination in order to clear customs and enter the country. This is subject to change.

Is a COVID-19 vaccination required for this experience?

October is a very pleasant time to visit Spain, with sunny days averaging in the mid-70s and cool evenings dipping down into the mid-60s.

What will the weather be like?

If you have special dietary requirements (vegan, diabetic, gluten-free, etc.), please advise the Inspirato Only experiences team prior to your departure date. We, along with our partners in Spain, will make every effort to accommodate your request with the resources available to them.

Will you be able to accommodate my dietary restrictions?

By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, some tours will require walking.

Are there any physical requirements for this Inspirato Only experience?

Laundry service is available at Hotel Majestic for an additional fee.

Is there laundry service/dry cleaning available?

Yes. There is a fitness center at the Hotel Majestic.

Is there a fitness center on property?

All gratuities are included in the cost of your Inspirato Only experience. When going enjoying activities on your own, keep in mind that tipping is not customary in Spain. Some Spaniards may leave a 5% tip for remarkable service, but often people simply leave the change from their bill.

What is the tipping/gratuity policy?

No, we cannot accommodate pets on any part of this Inspirato Only experience.
