Submitting Requests
Only you, or an agent that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access to your Personal Information twice within a 12-month period.
The verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative of that person. Please describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to it. We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password-protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to Personal Information associated with that specific account. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. Please note that we may also retain information as needed in order to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes.

If we are not able to provide the requested information or make the change you requested, you will be provided with the reasons for such decisions. If you are located in the state of Colorado, you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us at privacy@inspirato.com. Additionally, you can also contact the Colorado Attorney General if you have any concerns regarding the results of your appeal.
If you designate an authorized agent to submit a request to exercise certain privacy rights on your behalf, we will require verification that you provided the authorized agent permission to make a request on your behalf. You must provide us with a copy of the signed permission you have given to the authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf and verify your own identity directly with us. If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of an individual, you must attach a copy of the following information to the request:
1. A completed Authorized Agent Designation Form indicating that you have authorization to act on the individual’s behalf.
2. If you are a business, proof that you are registered with the Secretary of State to conduct business in California.
