New options are added to the FAM lists each Friday.

When is the FAM Trip List updated?

You must arrive on your FAM trip before your next anniversary date. So, if your anniversary date is August 1st, your arrival date must be on for before July 31st. Your FAM resets on your anniversary and cannot be rolled over from one year to the next.

Do I have to take my FAM trip before my anniversary date or just book it before my anniversary date?

You must wait until you hit your 5-year anniversary before submitting for the additional 3-night trip.

My 5-year anniversary is on April 1st, can I submit for my additional 3-night trip before April 1st for dates after April 1st?

You can go to Paylocity, view employee record, employment tab, and your hire date will be listed below.

Where can I find my anniversary date?

We need to see in a conversation through email, Teams, or text that your manager approved for you to apply for a trip during all of the dates you are submitting for. If you are applying for three different trips with different dates, please make sure your manager has approved dates for all three trips.

What is required for manager approval when submitting for a FAM trip?

The FAM Ideas request form may be found on the FAM Page, under the FAM Ideas tab toward the top of the page.

Where can I find the FAM Idea’s link?

Unfortunately, no. If the FAM Idea is approved and added to the FAM list, you may request the trip through the standard FAM process, and any employee is eligible to apply.

If I request a FAM Idea and it gets approved, does the trip automatically get awarded to me?

If you do not see your trip request on the FAM list by Friday afternoon, you may reach out to the Internal Travel Team for a status update.

If I submit a FAM Idea will someone reach out to me to let me know if the trip was approved or not?

The automated post-trip survey will be sent from “Inspirato Care” at <a href="mailto:feedback@qualtrics-research.com">feedback@qualtrics-research.com</a>, and is scheduled to trigger 2 days after your departure date.

When will I receive my post-trip survey?

We are unfortunately not able to re-send, but you should receive a reminder email within 4-5 days after departure, if the survey has not been completed. If you still haven’t received the survey after 1-week, please reach out to the Internal Travel Team and we’re happy to send you the questions so you can fill out, and return.

Can the FAM post-trip survey be resent to me?

FAM trips follow the same allowances as members, and occupancy will be based on the max. occupancy listed under the residence page on the Inspirato website. If a residence is able to accommodate additional guests, for a fee, this will be allowed on FAM trips as well.

Can I go over the max occupancy?

While Inspirato properties do not allow pets in-residence, we have several hotel partners that do allow pets, typically for an additional fee. Please check with the Internal Travel Team if you have further questions about these options.

Can I bring my dog?

FAM trips may not be gifted to family/friends, but they are welcome to join you on the vacation. The employee must be present for the duration of the trip.

Can I gift my FAM trip to a friend or family member?

Family Share is available for parents, and mother/father in-laws, of Inspirato employees, allowing them to have a complimentary Club Membership. They can travel apart from the employee, paying member rates. The one-time Guest Pass renews annually and allows family or friends to travel with the club, taking a one-time vacation, apart from the employee, paying member rates.

What is the difference between Family Share and Guest Pass?

Employees are eligible to book Jaunt Now and Jaunt52 bookings on Friday after 1PM MST.

When can employees book Jaunt trips?

During TTT and MMM, there will be an email and Teams post sent to all employees announcing when they are eligible to begin booking trips.

When are employees eligible to book during Take time Together (TTT) and Make More Memories (MMM)?
