- Galavant's air conditioning consists of small units in individual rooms, keeping this high-elevation home cool in the summer months.
- Please note the main level of the home has a dining table that comfortably seats eight people complemented by barstool seating that can accommodate four.
- The second level has four bedrooms that share two full bathrooms. Bedroom 2, located on the basement level, shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the common area.
- Please note that bedroom 7 is a separate cottage room that is detached from the house and attached to the garage.
- Please note the middle level of the home has a separate living room with a dining table that seats four people.
- Please note that the Aspen Airport is planning a nine month closure beginning in the Spring of 2027. Alternative airports are Eagle Vail (EGE), Grand Junction (GJT) and Denver (DEN).
