- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 24-hours before 3 p.m. hotel local time prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge. Cancellations made later will be charged the rate for the first night of the stay. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy. The additional guests are accommodated on a sleeper sofa for no additional fee.
