- Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to four additional people are allowed beyond the suggested occupancy and are accommodated on two pull-out sofas. No rollaway beds are allowed in the Villa.
- Pet policy: A maximum of two dogs are allowed at this accommodation. One dog up to 50 lbs. is permitted, or two dogs with a combined weight of 75 lbs. All pets must be housebroken and comply with state animal quarantine laws. For stays of 1–6 nights, the pet fee is $100 per stay. For stays of 7–12 nights, the pet fee is $200 per stay.
