- This home is staffed, managed, and maintained by Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.
- Bedroom 4 is located in a detached pool house.
- Pre-arrival grocery service is available for a fee. The fee is 25% of the total bill for all requested items.
- While this villa is available for booking year-round, there are limited amenities during the off-season from mid-November to late March. During the off-season, you will not have access to any resort dining options or spa services. You will have housekeeping, in-room dining, and transportation available to the main resort year-round.
- The golf course and vineyard are open year-round.
- You will receive one complimentary meal per day, either lunch or dinner, at one of the hotel's restaurants or through an in-villa dining experience prepared by one of our chefs. Alcoholic beverages are not included. Please note, this benefit does not apply to reservations during the off-season.
- If extra cleaning is required, you will be charged at cost.
- A city tax of 5 EUR/person per day will be due at checkout (rates subject to change).
