- This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
- All showers and bathtubs in this home are outdoors and have wooden partitions for privacy.
- Pack water shoes: Babalua Beach is rocky and has a lot of large shell pieces in some parts. The most swimmable part of the beach is about one-eighth of a mile long and is ideal for kayaking and snorkeling.
- Because this home is not inside a gated community or resort, Inspirato takes additional security precautions: we installed an electric gate for the home, hire private security to patrol the cul-de-sac from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and we equip the home with a simple-to-use alarm system, which members are shown how to use upon arrival.
- Please note that any grocery delivery after the initial delivery will incur a fee of $75 per order.
- Please note that there will be construction in a neighboring lot starting September 2024. Construction takes place Monday - Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
- The pool at this home is not heated.
- Many restaurants on the island are closed during the month of September.
- The internet connectivity in this home has been rated basic.
