- Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled within seven days of arrival will be charged a penalty of one night's rate plus tax. No shows will forfeit the entire cost of their reservation. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: One additional guest in addition to the stated occupancy can be accommodated on a rollaway bed for a fee of $80 AUD, available upon request prior to arrival. The rollaway fee is waived for children 12 and under.
