- Grand Luxury Villas offer either ocean views or Piton views, based on the location of the villa. Please note that due to an increase in rainfall trees and foliage may grow quickly, hindering the views.
- The Great Room restaurant requires cocktail attire: dress shirts, slacks or dress jeans, cocktail dresses or skirts, and closed-toe shoes or dress sandals. No shorts, sneakers, or beach flip-flops allowed.

- Cancellation policy: Viceroy Sugar Beach has a unique cancellation policy that varies by length of stay, holidays, and how much notice is given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care Team.
- Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this suite is three adults or two adults and two children. There is an additional fee of $65 per night for the third adult. Persons aged 18 and younger are considered children.
- Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
