- Cancellation policy: Cancellations during the winter season are subject to penalty of the total reservation amount if canceled within 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations during the Christmas and New Year season are subject to a penalty of 60% of the total reservation amount if canceled within 90–60 days prior to arrival, and subject to the total reservation amount if canceled 59 days prior to arrival. Cancellations during the summer season are subject to a penalty of total reservation amount if canceled seven days prior to arrival. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests under 12 years old are permitted over the stated occupancy for a total of four guests or one additional guest between 12–16 years old for a total of three guests. Rollaway beds may be placed in the suite for no additional fee for guests 12 years and younger, but for guests 12–16 years old it is $90 per day.
- Pet policy: No pets allowed.
