- This home is staffed, managed, and maintained by our trusted partners at Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina.
- The private pool is not heated; however, sunny days and warm temperatures keep the pool a comfortable temperature.
- Interior staircases may not have handrails.
- Four of the six bedrooms are accessed through exterior doors that open directly to the pool and courtyard, so this home may not be suitable for those traveling with young children.
- During September there are various closures throughout the resort and surrounding area due to low season.

- Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests can be accommodated over the stated occupancy for $50 per guest per night. Please contact your Care team for information on bedding for additional guests.
