- A tourist visa is required for all travelers departing the Mexican State of Quintana Roo. The visa is purchased online and must be completed prior to departure. The cost is approximately $10 per person.
- Please note that there is limited seating available at Nizuc's protected cove beaches.
- Environmental tax the new TAX that will apply is $3.50 USD ($67.35 MXN) per room per night. Apply for all existing and new bookings traveling from January 1st, 2023 onwards.
- Dinner at any of the resort restaurants requires a resort casual dress code. For details please contact your Care team.

- Cancellation policy: Nizuc Resort and Spa’s cancellation policy varies by length of stay, holidays and notice given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
- Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this suite is three including accommodations for one on rollaway bed. Rollaways must be requested prior to arrival for a fee of approximately $130. For any occupancy over two, the hotel charges approximately $130 per person per night. This fee is waived for children under age 12.
- Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
