Things to Know

A tourist visa is required for all travelers departing the Mexican State of Quintana Roo. The visa is purchased online and must be completed prior to departure. The cost is approximately $10 per person.
If you prefer a first or second floor unit, please let your Member Care team know and we can request it for you. However, requests must be made ahead of time and are subject to availability.

Additional Information

Cancellation policy: Hotel Esencia’s cancellation policy varies by length of stay, season, and notice given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this suite is three, including accommodations for one on a rollaway bed that may be placed in the villa at no additional cost. For any occupancy over two, the hotel charges approximately $150 per person per night. This fee is $75 for children under age 12.
Pet policy: No pets allowed.
