- Please note that there are multiple construction projects currently in progress surrounding this home, with an estimated completion date of Fall 2025. Construction takes place Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Some construction noise will impact your stay and views at this home. Reservations during this time will receive a 10% discount on their nightly rate. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
- Puerto Vallarta is just a 40-minute drive from this home, and the gated resort is quietly secluded for maximum relaxation. A peaceful, sandy beach is a short walk from your residence.
- In addition to your private plunge pool, each building within Los Veneros has its own shared pool. You will have access to the pool for your building only.
- There is an elevator in each building that gives access to the ground floors and the main level of the residences.
