Things to Know

• This room has two bedding configurations: one king or two queen beds. Please let your Care team know your preferences when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Though Casa Palmero does not have air conditioning, you shouldn’t need it—its location along California’s breezy central coast allows for mild temperatures year-round.
• Please note that the complimentary afternoon happy hour is only available to guests staying at the resort. No outside guests are permitted.
• To ensure golf course availability for all our guests, Pebble Beach has a limited reservation process. Guests may reserve one (1) twosome on Pebble Beach Golf Links for every three-night stay. For additional rounds on Pebble Beach Golf Links, a longer length of stay is required. At this time, there are no minimum night stay restrictions for making reservations at Spyglass Hill, The Links at Spanish Bay, and Del Monte.
• Larger room blocks may be booked up to 18 months in advance. If you’re interested, please reach out to your Care team.

 Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Reservations canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
• Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest is permitted over the stated occupancy while staying in the Spa Room with one king bed, and a rollaway bed may be placed in the room for a fee of $50 plus tax per night. If staying in the Spa Room with two queen beds, the maximum occupancy is four guests total.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
