• We highly encourage driving or renting a four-wheel drive vehicle for your stay.
• Bedroom five encompasses two twin over full bunk beds and is best suited for young adults or children.
• This home encompasses four floors only accessible via staircases.
• The primary suite is located on the bottom level of this home.
• Parking for ski access is not included—there will be a parking fee if you choose to park at the resort base area. There are free parking options for Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort, however, these lots tend to fill up in the morning so please plan accordingly.
• Inspirato is unable to fulfill or deliver any alcohol orders placed with our team in the state of Utah per local laws and regulations.
• Please note that the walk to downtown Park City involves navigating Shorty's Stairs that may be difficult for some, especially in the winter.
• The elevator in this home has been decommissioned for guest use.
• Although this home has air conditioning, some of the west facing rooms can run warm on hot summer days. We recommend opening windows at night to let in the cool mountain air during the summer.
• Please note, the home next door is undergoing renovation and has had a variety of minor impacts on Tycoon, such as noise and intermittent road restrictions. Please contact your Care team for additional information.

• Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
• Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
