• Suggested occupancy for this home is six guests, however, there is a Murphy bed in the office that can increase the maximum occupancy to seven.

• The city of Palm Springs observes quiet hours between 10 p.m.–10 a.m. Amplified music is not allowed outside of this home at any time.
• The city of Palm Springs does not allow more than four additional daytime visitors to this home. The maximum overnight occupancy for this home is six people. Members can contact their Care Team for more information and restrictions on parking.
• Please note that golf courses will be closed for several weeks during the fall in preparation for cooler temperatures. When courses re-open in late fall, they may be cart path play only for several weeks. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
• Please note that there is ongoing construction in the neighboring home, with an estimated completion date of mid-2027. Some construction noise will impact your stay and views at this home. Please contact your Care team for additional information.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
• Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest is permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated on a Murphy bed in the office.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
