• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
• This home has a koi pond in the backyard.
• Bedroom 1 has access to the pool and koi pond from a private patio.
• Bedroom 2 has its own private patio.
• Bedroom 3 is located in a separate guest house and has an en suite bathroom, outdoor shower, and direct access to the pool.
• The city of Palm Springs observes quiet hours between 10 p.m.–10 a.m. Amplified music is not allowed outside of this home at any time.
• The city of Palm Springs does not allow more than four additional daytime visitors to this home. The maximum overnight occupancy for this home is six people. Members can contact their Care Team for more information and restrictions on parking.
• Please note that golf courses will be closed for several weeks during the fall in preparation for cooler temperatures. When courses re-open in late fall, they may be cart path play only for several weeks. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
