- Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled more than seven days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Reservations less than seven days prior to arrival are subject to a penalty of one night's room and tax. Refunds issued as Inspirato Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this room is four adults, or two adults and two children with accommodation on a rollaway bed for no additional fee. Rollaway beds must be requested prior to arrival and are subject to hotel availability. A third and fourth adult guest aged 18 or older will incur an additional fee of $75 per night. Children age 17 and under are complimentary when sharing with an adult.
- Pet policy: Dogs allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
