- Waldorf Astoria Orlando is pleased to offer complimentary motor coach transportation to all four Walt Disney World® theme parks and Disney Springs™ during standard operating hours. Please note the shuttle runs on a route and may make multiple stops during your trip.
- Please note there will be ongoing construction at the hotel beginning April 2023 with an estimated completion in December 2023. Construction takes place 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Please contact your Care team for more information.

- Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled at least 5 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Reservations cancelled within 5 days are subject to a charge of one night's room and tax. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
- The maximum occupancy of this room is five, with accommodations for two on a full sized pull-out sofa. Additionally, one rollaway bed may be placed in the room for a fee of $25 per night. Rollaways must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
- A limited number of Deluxe Suites with two queens are available on request and based on availability; please contact your Member Care team to book
