Please note that The Towers at Lotte New York Palace are updating suites on the higher floors of the hotel. Aside from the Spa on the 8th floor, there is no general construction happening in the hotel, but you may hear some drilling and hammering. Dedicated staff will make a conscious effort to assign a room to hotel guests as far away as possible to these suites and rooms.
The construction typically starts at 8 A.M. and ends at around 3 P.M. during weekdays. Suite renovations will be completed by the first week of March and Spa renovations will be completed in the first week of April.

Cancellation Policy: Lotte New York Palace upholds a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please arrange cancellations by 12 noon (local time) one day prior to arrival to avoid payment of one night's room and taxes. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
The maximum occupancy of this suite is four. This includes accommodations for one on a Double pull-out sofa bed in the sitting area. One rollaway bed may also be requested prior to arrival for a fee of $50 per night. One rollaway bed may also be requested if the sofa bed is not being used prior to arrival for a fee of $50 per night. Rollaways are subject to hotel availability.
Pet Policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees and weight limits.
