Things to Know

  • Advance reservations are required for access to Rarities, a private on-site lounge featuring a world-class selection of spirits. Rarities is open Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to midnight.
  • Most rooms are not equipped with coffee makers, but they are available upon request at no additional charge.
  • Images shown are provided by our partner and are representative; actual interiors and views may vary slightly.
  • Please note that The Towers at Lotte New York Palace are updating suites on the higher floors of the hotel. Aside from the Spa on the 8th floor, there is no general construction happening in the hotel, but you may hear some drilling and hammering. Dedicated staff will make a conscious effort to assign a room to hotel guests as far away as possible to these suites and rooms.
  • The construction typically starts at 8 A.M. and ends at around 3 P.M. during weekdays. Suite renovations will be completed by the first week of March and Spa renovations will be completed in the first week of April.

Additional Information:

  • Cancellation Policy: Lotte New York Palace upholds a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please arrange cancellations by 12 noon (local time) one day prior to arrival to avoid payment of one night's room and taxes. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
  • The maximum occupancy of this unit is four, including accommodations for two on a Queen-sized pull-out sofa. One rollaway bed may be requested prior to arrival for a fee of $50 per night. Rollaways are subject to hotel availability. 
  • Pet Policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees and weight limits.
