- Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled within 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a penalty of one night's room rate including taxes and fees. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests may be accommodated on a pullout sleeper sofa located in the living area, free of charge.
- Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
