- Cancellation policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days prior to arrival will receive a 67% refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival will receive a 33% refund. Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival are nonrefundable and will be subject to a penalty of the full cost of the reservation. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
