• Please note this residence has a washer but no dryer.
• Primary bedroom and bedroom two will share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• The private clubhouse is within walking distance of this residence.

• Cancellation policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are nonrefundable and will be subject to a penalty of the full cost of the reservation. Reservations for arrival in July and August can be cancelled for a full refund up to 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are nonrefundable and will be subject to a penalty of the full cost of the reservatione. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
• Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
