- Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled outside 14 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 14 days are subject to a penalty equal to two night's room and tax. Reservations that include Christmas are nonrefundable within 60 days and reservations that include New Years are nonrefundable within 90 days. All refunds will be in the form of Travel Credits.
