- Cancellation policy: Any cancellations or modification within 30 days of arrival will be penalized the full reservation amount or guests who shorten their stay within 30 days of arrival are liable for charges for cancelled nights.. All refunds will be issued in the form of Inspirato Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: The suggested occupancy for this residence is 12 guests, however up to six additional guests may be permitted over the stated occupancy. Additional guests are accommodated in the existing bedding at no additional cost.
