- The beach at the resort is a wonderful place to lay out and build sandcastles but is not recommended for swimming. There are many swimmable beaches 10 to 15 minutes away in each direction.

- Cancellation policy: The Cape’s cancellation policy varies by length of stay, season, and notice given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team. All refunds will be in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this room is three. There is an extra persons fee of $40 plus taxes and fees per extra person per night. One rollaway may be placed in the room for a fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per person per night. Rollaway beds must be requested prior to arrival and are subject to hotel availability.
- Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees and weight limits.
