The Cape Hotel marries old world tradition with modern features that appeal to all ages.The modern and minimalist interior is complemented by colorful hand-painted tiles and ceramics that pay homage to its Mexican locale. The Thompson's penchant for fusion carries over to the cuisine as well; in-house restaurant Manta combines Mexican cuisine with Peruvian and Japanese flavors.
