- Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled after 6 p.m. London time 24 hours prior to the day of arrival will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax. All refunds will be issued in the form of travel credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest may be accommodated over the stated occupancy. Guests 16 years of age and older can be accommodated on a rollaway bed for a fee of £75 per day. Rollaway bed is complimentary for an additional guest under the age of 16.
