- Cancellation policy: Grand Hotel Tremezzo has a unique cancellation policy that differs based on room and/or suite category and days prior to arrival. Please contact your Care team for more information. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest may be accommodated in this room. One rollaway bed may be placed in the room for a fee of 150€ + 10% VAT per night. This fee is waived for children up to 12 years of age.
- Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
