- Driving to Il Sereno from Milan is straightforward, but please exercise caution driving around the narrow streets surrounding the lake.
- Il Sereno is open seasonally, and closes from November 7 to mid-March each year.
- A city tax of 5 euro per person per night will be collected upon checkout.
Additional Information:
- Cancellation policy: Reservations in high season (April 1-September 30) are subject to 100% penalty of fees plus tax if cancelled within 15 days of arrival. All other reservations are subject to 100% fees plus tax if cancelled within 7 days of arrival. Once reservations are within the cancellation penalty window, modifications are not allowed and penalty exceptions cannot be granted. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests under the age of 16 may be accommodated over the stated occupancy for a fee of 250 euros per night per guest. Additional guests are accommodated on a sleeper sofa. *Rates subject to change.
