- Cancellation policy: Mauna Lani has a unique cancellation policy that differs based on room and/or suite category and days prior to arrival. Please contact your Care team for more information. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional adult or two additional children can be accommodated. Additional guests are accommodated on a queen sofa sleeper.
- Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
