- This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are in a detached guest house. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the guest house has a separate outdoor sitting area.
- Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Outside of the quiet hours, please be considerate of your neighbors and the neighborhood and keep noise at a reasonable level.
- Please park guest vehicles in designated parking areas only.
- The residence may not be used for commercial purposes.
- Please note that the Kolea Beach Club does not serve food or beverages.
- This residence provides quick access to snorkeling at Anaeho'omalu Bay as well as the shopping, dining, and entertainment at the Kings' Shops & Queens' Marketplace.
- The Waikoloa Beach Marriott, the Hilton Waikoloa Village, and two championship golf courses are within walking distance.
- Please note that there construction happening on the lot two doors north until mid-2027. Noise impacts will vary and often without notice but work is expected to occur Monday through Friday starting at 8 a.m. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
