- All bedrooms are accessed through exterior doors that open directly to the pool and courtyard, so this home may not be suitable for those traveling with young children.
- Your private pool is not heated. However, sunny days and warm temperatures keep the pool a comfortable temperature.
- Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum so as to not disturb those in nearby residences. Outside of the quiet hours, please be considerate of your neighbors and the neighborhood and keep noise at a reasonable level.
- Please park guest vehicles in designated parking areas only.
- The residence may not be used for commercial purposes.
- Please note that some of the homes in the surrounding neighborhood are under construction; construction is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2025. Please contact your Care Team for more details.
- Want to play a game of tennis?
