- Cancellation policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival. Festive Reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival. All late cancellations will be subject to a penalty of two night’s room rate including tax. All refunds will be in the form of Travel Credits..
