• Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled within 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty equal to one night plus taxes/fees except during Festive, when reservations canceled within 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the stay total. Please contact your Care Team for Festive dates. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
