Cancellation policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if received by 6:00 p.m. hotel local time the day prior to arrival. Cancellations made after that time period will be subject to a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax. All refunds will be in the form of Travel Credits.
Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest are permitted over the stated occupancy. A rollaway bed may be placed in the room for a fee of HKD900 + 13% service charge and tax.
