- This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
- Please note there is a construction project taking place across the canal with an estimated completion date of late 2026 (subject to change). Construction will take place 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Saturdays. Please contact your Care team for more information.
- Please note this home is not situated directly on Seven Mile Beach. However, it is a short golf cart ride away and guests will have access to the resort amenities on Seven Mile Beach.
- Tee times can be arranged up to two months in advance, and it's highly recommended during major holidays.
- If interested in visiting the spa or tennis courts at the Ritz-Carlton, we highly recommend making reservations through your Care team.

- Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year's weeks and certain other travel dates.
