Getting Around

From Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ), your accommodations at Belmond Palacio Nazarenas are a 25-minute drive. From the U.S., you'll connect via Lima's Jorge Chavez International Airport (LIM), a one-hour flight.

Because the hotel is conveniently located between the Plaza de Armas and neighborhood of San Blas, we do not recommend a rental vehicle for your vacation. The streets are very pedestrian-friendly and the historical sites and very walkable. To see Machu Picchu, take a four-hour train ride. Sacred Valley is a one-hour drive. Your hotel concierge would be happy to arrange any transportation you require during your stay and taxis are abundant at both the airport and train stations.
