- The BreckConnect gondola is just steps from your door. The gondola, which links the town of Breckenridge to Peaks 7 and 8, drops skiers at either the Crystal Peak Lodge (Peak 7) or One Ski Hill Place (Peak 8).
- If you're out on the patio while the gondola is running, you will be able to hear it.
- There is no air conditioning in this home. However, with Breckenridge's cool evenings and sunny days, a few open windows provide sufficient cool air.
