- A 8% resort fee is included in your reservation and includes daily breakfast, local town transportation, Aspen airport transportation, and housekeeping gratuities.
- On-site parking is available in an underground garage for $45 per vehicle per night and accessible with an electronic pass that you can receive only after checking in. Valet parking is not available. Parking in the residential area surrounding the hotel requires purchasing an additional permit, available through the hotel, that is valid for one week.

- Cancellation policy: Limelight Aspen cancellation policy varies by length of stay, season, and notice given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
- Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this unit is two adults and two children or three adults, including accommodations for one adult or two children on a small pull-out loveseat. One rollaway may be placed in the suite when the loveseat is not pulled out, and can be requested for a fee of $50 a night. Rollaways must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
- Pet policy: Pets welcome for $50 fee per pet, per night with advance notice, subject to availability and weight limits. Limelight provides complimentary water bowl and pet mat.
