- In the summer, the Aspen Mountain gondola is generally open from mid-June through early September, with occasional weekend hours before then.
- This home has air conditioning on all floors except the basement.
- Please note that the Aspen Airport is planning a nine month closure beginning in the Spring of 2027. Alternative airports are Eagle Vail (EGE), Grand Junction (GJT) and Denver (DEN).
- Please note that there is ongoing construction next to the property, with an estimated completion in fall 2026. Some construction noise will impact your stay and views at this home. Please contact your Care team for additional information.
